Start with the link on the left that says "themed decor" and keep clicking on those links until you get to "autumn leaves," and the candles will show up on that list. This web site has lots of other cute things too, and the prices are pretty cheap.

   You’re looking for votive candles. It’s going to be hard to find something like that, especially that’s cheap. Yankee Candles has them, but they are $2.00 each! (Okay, $1.99). Your idea is great, but I’d just get a votive in the color you want, put it in the box, and tie a ribbon that has fall leaves on it around the box. Since you can get votives for $0.25, I’d get candle holders to put them in as well. You can find them for around $0.50 each. Whoohoo, favors under $1.00!
