   Did you try looking on ebay? Otherwise google something like "fall wedding placecard holder". You might not find a maple leaf shaped one, but at least it will still be within your theme. Remember to search under "autumn", because you may miss a load of products by only searching under "fall"

   http://www.favorsandaccessories.com/fall-wedding-favors.html is the only website so far for fall wedding favors. It even has maple leaf placecard holder. Its a well know site for favors and accessories. And the prices are the lowest as compared to others and yet the quality is awesome.
