What kind of wedding favor for filling test tubes?

I have acquired test tubes to be filled for my wedding favors, but I have no idea what to fill them with. Any suggestions would be appreciated. They are relatively thin, and M&M’s would be stacked in them to give an idea of size. We are doing a Old Hollywood Glamour themed wedding.

get a black & white picture taken with your husband to be, have them printed on parchment paper, like a mob shot, him in a suit & u in a saloon girl type dress, roll the picture up, tie it with a pretty ribbon and place 1 in each tube. you can print them at home from your computer to save money.

order some personalized m&ms, or use it as a ‘vase’ for a single flower, tie a bow around the outside

I like Sassy’s idea… The other thing you could do is hand write notes to thank everyone for coming.
