Comments on: do you think carmel apple pops would be a good favor for a "fall in love" wedding theme?

i thought you said Carmel apples too… i thought that was a really good idea…
i think the Carmel apples would be a good idea.. don’t know about lollipops…
Carmel apples are pretty cheap to buy in the fall, so it may work with your budget.. and you could tie an orange bow and put a card that says ‘it was really ’sweet’ of you to share our special day with us’.. or you could get those fancy chocolate covered ones and give one to each COUPLE to share.. you don’t always have to give out a favor to every person.. a favor per couple is acceptable too.. you could tie their seating assignment to it.. that way they know it is one favor per couple.. obviously, single people would get their own…. Just make sure if you do carmel or chocolate apples, that you keep them cool cause carmel may melt if they are sitting car or something..
I handed out sterling silver ice cream scoops and gave one per couple (they were $$ and figured household don’t need 2 silver ice cream scoops!).. no one complained or though it was bad to share a favor…

another idea is bags of carmel corn.. you could buy it in bulk and put it in bags your self and tie with the bow.. maybe you could come up with a cute little saying or peom to put on it about ‘popping’ the question..
I did this for a baby shower.. i had individual bags of microwave popcorn and i had labels made (sorta like you would for candy bars) that said "julie is about to pop!".. people though it was really cute and a good play on words that fit the days events…

I’m a little confused - do you mean the caramel covered apple suckers or caramel apples on a stick? Because I like the real apple idea a lot better You could also go with little bags of caramel popcorn.

Yeah I think that is a super cute Idea, You could wrap like three or four together into like a little bridal boquet and cover the top of the suckers with an orange bag and tie them together with a color corresponding riboon and have like a whole bunch of little orange sucker boquets, they also have favor tags for birthday you could look them up and make them and stick on favor tag on the stick of one sucke in the boquet and this way they would be personalized! Just some ideas! Good luck! (p.S. your guests should love them, they are SO good to eat! )

it’s a cute idea but you can stay away from orange- if the wedding’s in fall and the favor is fall themed, don’t go overboard with ugly colors. people will be too reminded about halloween.

My daughter and her friend made some beautiful favour from the cheap shops, consisting of foil boxes with flowers, cover the bottom of the box with a bit of florist foam and cover that with coloured paper in them plus a some butterflies on the flowers its really beautiful cost about $2AU each
