Can anyone recommend a site with cheap wedding favors?

I want to spend no more than $1.25/ favor. I have a winter theme and my colors are navy, silver and white. I am leaning toward candles, but want something more functional (men dont usually particularly care for candles) and unique.

I'm getting married Dec. 9 of this year and I decided to do 3" x 4" organza bags (I got 100 bags for about $20 on ebay), then I'm putting individually wrapped mints in each bag…… total cost (about $40). You can also personalize these little bags with your own little cards (with name of bride and groom, wedding date and a saying if you prefer) that you can print from your own computer with card stock. You can get the organza bags in every color, different sizes and you can even get them for themed weddings/parties. Hope this helps.

You could make bookmarks. This is what I did, and it only cost me about $15 to make 150 of them. You can print a personalized thank you for your guests, and use your colors, and find a cute snowflake clipart picture or something. Then take them to Kinko's and have them printed, and then just cut them. You can use fancy scissors to get a designed edge on the top and bottom, or you can spend a little more and put ribbons through the top. I have a template if you'd like.

I found them on several wedding favor sites, but we had Hersey miniature candy bars with wrappers that were personalized.

They were cheap, and we bought lots of them. We had them all over the wedding. People loved them. At the end of the night, I had to fight someone to keep a few for us!

Wedding favors are one of those things that impress people for a few days, and end up in a drawer a week later. We did not want to break our budget over what might be "junk" later.
