For centerpieces how about a bouquet of wine colored roses and grapes. You could also spray paint pumpkins any color to match your theme and place them on the table as well. Work in odd numbers. It's a great tip to make things look great. You need to stagger heights as well. As far as the favors go, if you're worried about the guests throwing it away, then do something edible. Gourmet wine flavored chocolates would be a great choice. Good luck on your up coming marriage.
