   Do a web search. I know there are wineries in California that will do them, but I don’t know what you would have to pay, or what the laws are about ordering liquor from another country.

   Check and see if there are any vineyards in your area. I live in the midwest US, and we have a small winery here that does it. Plus it would be more personal to have a winery that is local to the area where you are getting married.
