I had such a hard time trying to compromise, and finally said, "Screw it! I'm just doing whatever I want!" I've been making decisions a lot easier, and I'm 100 percent happy with them. I would simply suggest that you find a caramel apple vendor, and ask if they can make you apples in varied, bright springtime colors, or to match your wedding colors.
