   It really depends on what favors you want to give out. Some places on the internet will offer bulk deals where you buy a certain amount of favors and get them for a cheap price. Check your local craft stores and the dollar store.

   Most gas station men’s rooms have machines that sell "toys" for a dollar. They come in cute plastic envelopes and make great party favors. You can play games like "fill her up" and also use them to make animals for the kids!

   How about scratch off lottery tickets? You could put them in organza bags that you can buy in bulk relatively cheap. You could also purchase jars for however many cents a piece and fill with something homemade: tea mixes, cake mixes, any sort of dry mix that would be appropriate to your theme.
