Wedding party gifts for male guests?

I’m getting married October 13, and my fiance and I are having a pre-wedding party (in place of a reception) on October 6. I’ve decided to make wedding favor bags for everyone, but am unsure of what to put in the male guests’ bags? Or should I even bother? The female guests will have candles, bubbles, beauty supplies, etc. Should I not bother to give out wedding favor bags to the men? I feel like I should include them, but my fiance feels that the men really won’t care if they receive a giftbag or not. Either way, what are some good, reasonably priced gifts to put in a male guests wedding bag? Thanks!

I would include them, so you and your fiance don’t look like you didn’t bother; but I wouldn’t bother with a bag. Maybe something like what was already mentioned … a small individualized gift. Or get everyone the same small thing. Or make gift bags with the same small items, like specialized/commemorative (for the hotel, state, etc., or w/your monogram) shot glasses, bottle opener, key chain, cologne samples, traveling shaving set, etc. It depends on your guests, how many there are and the type of men they are really. Are they high-class, business men or sit around and drink beer near the BBQ guys.

I would not make them bags I would choose one thing that each of them would like and give it to them, like a flask or golf balls or sporting magazine subscription something like that…

    Condoms.

I know not helpful unless you think it would be a funny gag gift.

Could just pick out after shave and other male products that may make them metrosexuals.

I would say get them flask, gift cards, cigar holders, personalized mugs with their name or initials, cuff links, money clip holder, etc. All this stuff I found in a few wedding invitations books for gifts to get groomsmen. Just a suggestion.

Guys are definitely more interested in gifts they can use rather than gifts they think are "pretty" or "sweet". If most of them are interested in golfing, you can get them something related to golfing: like sun visors, golf balls with their initials, or a gift certificate to a golfing store or golf course. You could look at shave kits or wallets. You could also give gift certificates to a special restaurant, clothier (clothing store), or a home improvement store. Most guys I know can never have enough flashlights and gizmos. You can try a gift certificate to a place like Radio Shack. If your friends enjoy alcoholic beverages, you can get shakers, mixers, and other supplies for a home bar from either a kitchen supply store (like Bed, Bath and Beyond) or a liquor store. Guys love food. If you can get "manly" types of foods, like candied or chocolate covered pecans/walnuts, gourmet crackers and cheese with wine, or something you know they’d really like, maybe a "nacho-making" kit for game day, they’d like that. I’ve never seen a man turn down food. You can also get gourmet coffees and/or creamers to flavor the coffee. If you can afford it, a coffee bean grinder with gourmet coffee beans should be a big hit.

I think that’s plenty to get you started with your own ideas if mine don’t appeal to you. Good luck, and congratulations!

Wait! What? Is this for the Wedding PARTY (Groomsmen, bridesmaids, Flower Girl, etc) or is this a PARTY for everyone that you might have invited to the wedding reception? BIG Difference and I can’t tell from your question.

If this is your WEDDING PARTY. (as in, the people IN your wedding you had BETTER get something of equal value to your male participants.

If this is just a PARTY for all sorts of people, you are going WAY overboard. A simple organza bag of candy or something very very simple would suffice.

My best friend gave the men tape measurers that hung on their keychains, they were a huge hit(because how many times have you been out and needed to know how big something was and didnt have anything to measure with, it happens more often than you think) That might be a good idea for you

Just a note, when you are searching for this idea you will come across a "Love Beyond Measure" tape thats in a heart case, DONT go for this, no man is going to carry around a heart on his keychain!

I purchased my items through Best Buy Imprints. They have unique gifts for everyone in your wedding party. The prices are excellent.

    I would suggest:

Personalized Beer Glass - $30.90 each
Personalized Shot Glass - $12.90 each
Personalized Liquor Flask - $45.90 each

You may also want to consider personalized luggage tags, desk credit card holder, pocket knife, cell phone holder & much more.

    Good Luck,
    Christine

Unique art gift is the best present.
There is a web site –photoartomation.com ( http://www.photoartomation.com ), they convert a digital photos into paintings of different art styles and print them on canvas.
My friend sent them a picture and they turned it into beautiful piece of art. I saw it and it really looks good.
