Even though she's an artist, who's to say she wouldn't like a traditional bridal shower? One thing you might consider is asking her family for pictures she drew when she was little. If you have some that your cousin drew when he was little, you could put them together with a theme of "Picture this couple together". Another saying could be "Love drew them together". There's a web site called 4showers.com and they have some cute ideas. Maybe you could serve cupcakes and let everyone decorate their own. That website has some cute cupcake holders and you can design the base of the holders too.
