Wedding Favor Candy?

I just bought 210 small round tin containers for my wedding favors. I made my own labels to stick at the top of each container. My colors for my wedding are truffle, lilac, and cream. Im trying to decide on what kind of candy I can put in these containers. I thought about putting the Chocolate Skittles in them, but I heard they are not that good, so I dont want to spend alot of money on buying those Skittles and my guest just throw them away.I thought about chocolate covered raisins, but some people might not like raisins. I just need some good websites and some good ideas of what kind of candy to go with.

You can order M & M’s with any saying on them. Why not get M & M’s that say both the bride & groom’s names on them! Go the the following link to see your choices -http://www.mymms.com/business
Here is a link to a website that has candy hearts, heart mints, covered almonds, wrapped almonds in gold or silver, jelly beans and much more - really great ideas for your wedding candy - http://www.wrapwithus.com/wedding-candies.html

maybe some worthers originals or butterscotch candy! For some reson i’m getting "gold" as a good contrast to add to your colors.

You can order Jordon Almonds in any color you like (except brown, I don’t think they have that). Check with a baking supply store. Or you can buy white or mixed pastel ones at the local Michaels, Roberts, Joann, etc type store. They are supposed to symbolize that marriage is both sweet (candy) and hard (nut).

The chocolate skittles aren’t bad they actually taste exactly how the flavors are described. Why not buy a small bag and try them and see what you think. If not, you can always get m&m’s in your colors and you can even add yours and your husbands name to them and wedding date. Or you could always just use hershey’s hugs and kisses.
