My friend just got married and they gave the best wedding favor ever! it was wine bottle stoppers, great and practical. They got them from this site, cheapest in Sydney. www.favorsplus.com.au, they have a great range of favors/bombonieres, disposable cameras, boxes etc..and very reasonable prices too.
References :
www.favorsplus.com.au

We bought, from a discount shop (Roni's or Warehouse or one of those), about 20 bags of conversation lollies (you know, the little heart lollies with the love messages on them) and put them in little celophane bags with ribbons and a little message on a card thanking people for coming to celebrate with us.
They looked lovely, and everyone thought it was tasteful and unique (cos once they're out of the packet, you can't tell they came for a discount shop).
The total cost was less than $30.
We thought it was very practical - I think it's sad to go to weddings where people have spent alot of money on bombonieres and half of them have been left at the tables, and they've been things like ugly heart shaped photo frames (which no one wanted) or sugared almonds (which, although traditional, don't really taste great)
