I’ll be spending around $100 possibly a little more or a little less on my party favors.
My wedding consists of 70 people.
My favors are 4oz jars filled with apple or pumpkin butter. Attached to it is a small bag of roasted pumpkin seeds and a packet of apple cider mix. (the jars say ’spread the love’).
It’s a fall wedding. Is this too much or not enough?
$100 is the total for everything.
about $1.35 a favor?
Yeah, sounds about right.
Trust me, lots of couples don’t give anything, so guests will love ANYTHING given to them.
And, I have to say that I really like your wedding favor ideas.
It goes with your wedding and it’s theme and it’s really cute, original and sweet.
2 thumbs up =)

100 each? or for total? this is a VERY cute wedding favor, i wouldnt say it was too much or too less if its total cost, it seems about right =]

Too much is too much if you think it is over the top. We spent about $350 on cookies for 100 people.

It’s your wedding. And it’s fine. What a lovely alternative to kisses wrapped in tulle. GO FOR IT!

That sounds reasonable.

More than enough! Sounds lovely!
Favors are definitely not a requirement. Lots of people forget them when they leave, or don’t use them and end up throwing them away. It sounds like yours would be something everyone would love to take home.
Whether or not it’s too much to spend depends on your budget and how important it is to you. If you can afford it, and it’s a non-negotiable then it’s fine.

Sounds perfect.
You don’t want to over do it because not everyone takes home their favor.
I REALLY like that =)
And it really fits in with the fall wedding thing, and it is REALLY cute!
Super unique, and I like the quote.

I really, really like your idea. It sounds about right price-wise as well. Good luck and congrats!

Well, sounds a bit low to me for party favors. Traditionally, what is commonly done is something along the lines of miniature plastic bottles of soap bubbles or such engraved with the names of the bride and groom and the date of the wedding. Of course, as you might understand, even novelties like the above don’t come cheap. Therefore, what I recommend that you do is buy some expensive silk material, cut in in strips; and tie it as ribbons/bows around the jars.

I think your favor idea is great and i think is a very decent price..
That’s like $1.50 per person.. is a good price!
And is a fall theme favor too, so go for it… I’m sure you like them and so will your guests…

I think $100 is the max you should spend. It’s less than $1.50 per favor, I think that’s a good deal.
