You can get hugs and kisses (hershey’s chocolate drops ya know) cutomized, and M+M’s as well.. buying in bulk is cheaper.

One of the things they have there that might work well are the Sweet Stripes Mint Puffs. They are red and white striped so they’re pretty and they taste really good. They are kind of soft, like traditional wedding butter mints, but they are much bigger and individually wrapped, so they’d fill up your big cones quicker. Everyone I know loves them and they’re only $13.72 for 5 lbs.
