My wedding hasn't happened yet, but it's coming up.
1. Gold and white.
2. First dance (the end song from Gladiator(don't laugh, it's very pretty) - Father-Daughert, etc not chosen)
3. Cake Flavor - regular, vanilla but a very pretty cake
4. Food Menu - Lots of appies and such, main courses - butter chicken, baron of beef and salmon.
5 - Wedding Favors - fortune cookies (friend got these before and I thought they were delicious and cute, so I'm getting them for mine from http://www.fortuneweddingfavors.com )
6. Instead of bouquets, I'm having fans (probably peacock) and we're doing a small fundraiser where I get kidnapped (my fiance is a martial arts instructor, so we're getting some friends to dress up like ninjas and backflip and such in to the reception and kidnap me after a small fight and then we will pass around a basket and collect a "ransom" to get me back. My fiance has to match what is collected. (kidnapping the bride is tradition in my family, but we're putting a flair on it. They'll pay more if there's a show! lol)
References :
http://www.fortuneweddingfavors.com

I'll answer to the best of my ability since my wedding isn't for another nine months:

1. Colors - Olive green, red orange, and ivory

2. Songs
First Dance - Lost in This Moment by Big and Rich
Father-Daughter - The Way You Look Tonight - he likes the Michael Buble version but I love the Frank Sinatra version.
Walking out of the ceremony - Forever Road by Darius Rucker
Bouquet Toss, Garter Toss, etc - haven't decided yet.

3. Cake Flavor - haven't decided on the main cake although I think it might be something lemony (my fave). The grooms cake will probably be strawberry since that is his favorite flavor.

4. Food Menu -
Appetizers - Bruchetta, Shrimp Shooters, Beef and Cheese Empanadas, and Spanokopita
Food - BBQ buffet, Brisket, Chicken, Vegetarian baked beans, potato salad, regular salad, garlic bread and rolls, and cheese and veggie trays.

5. Wedding Favors - Haven't really settled on anything yet. I'm definitely making a CD with our wedding music but we might do a photobooth.

6. Anything else that personalized the wedding! - I'm handmaking my garter and ringbearer pillow. The garter is going to be camo and is going to be a surprise for him. He originally wanted to do a camo wedding, but I'm doing the camo garter for him to thank him for being a good sport and doing olive green instead! Also, my mom is making my veil.
References :
1. Colors
Deep red and very pale green

2. Songs
Down the aisle - Fly Me To The Moon by Frank Sinatra
Bride and Groom Entry - It Had To Be You by Harry Connick Jr
Cake Cutting - At Last by Etta James
First Dance - The Way You Look Tonight by Tony Bennett

3. Cake Flavor
Chocolate mudcake

4. Food Menu
We had canapes for an hour followed by a three-course dinner.

Canapes - Triple cream cheese & smoked salmon wafer; Pork & sage sausage rolls; Goats cheese & spinach filo tartlette

House baked bread

Entree - choice of pan seared scallops or goat's cheese salad or cured salmon tartare

Main - choice of Black Angus beef fillet or Chicken Roulade or fish of the day

Sides - roasted kipfler potatoes and steamed greens

Dessert - wedding cake served with berry coulis and cream

5. Wedding Favors
Nil - cut out of budget to save money. Everyone generally leaves them behind anyway...

6. Personalised
We wanted a real party feel so served drinks to guests when they arrived at the ceremony and also for 45 minutes or so afterwards. The ceremony went for 10 minutes, the rest of the time was for socialising with a jazz trio in the background for atmosphere.

The wedding itself felt very intimate. We only had 50 people (including us) and guests sat at long tables instead of rounds of 8 or 10. It made conversation between guests much easier.

We also had a DJ and karaoke, just to make it feel laid back and fun and more like a party than a wedding.

We didn't follow many wedding traditions, see below:
- I wore an evening gown instead of a wedding dress;
- no bouquet - wrist corsage and flowers in my hair instead;
- no bridesmaids or groomsmen;
- walked down the aisle by myself;
- we wrote the entire ceremony including vows ourselves (you don't get much more personalised than that!);
- no garter toss, bouquet toss, stuffing wedding cake into each others mouths, etc
References :
Planning ideas: http://www.weddingideasguide.com/

1. Plum, lavender, and claret (deep red)

2. He doesn't like to dance, but I'm trying to get a local singer to do Beyonce's Flaws and All as a surprise.

3. Citrus Buttery Yellow Cake with Buttercream, Chocolate Hazelnut cake with cream cheese frosting, and Vanilla Pound cake with vanilla icing.

4. Southern Classics: Baked Mac & Cheese, Rubbed Pork Loins, Roasted Steak, Peach Glazed/Orange Glazed Cornish Hens,Cabbage, Potato Salad or Candied Yams & Sweet Potatoes.

5. Either fresh cherries or a rum cake cupcake

6. Well I saw this niffy idea of married couples bringing their wedding pictures to sit on the tables, our centerpieces will be fresh fruit in either Nantucket baskets/African woven baskets, his family loves to play cards so I was going to put a playing deck on the tables. Considering having a step team come in and do a 5 minute set during the reception.
References :
I haven't had it yet, but I'm actively planning it!! Everything is subject to change because it's a year and a half away, but here's what I've got so far:
1. Colors = NO clue yet!! I was thinking green, green, green because it's going to be an outdoor wedding, but now I'm not so sure. I'm starting to lean toward pink & yellow & gold, or pink and green. Who knows what I'll end up deciding on. Maybe even teal and green...
2. Songs:
Agaetis byrjun - Sigur Ros (to walk down the aisle to)
Time After Time - Cyndi Lauper (our first dance)
Wild One - Faith Hill (father/daughter dance)
Close To You - The Carpenters (mother/son dance)
Don't You - Simple Minds (brother/sister dance)
3. I'm not doing a "cake" instead I'm doing four tiers of cupcakes. The top tier is going to be funfetti with white icing, the second tier will be lemon cake with buttercream icing, the third tier will be strawberry cake with strawberry icing, and the bottom will be devil's food cake with chocolate ganache. Not only will it be less than half the cost of a traditional cake, but I don't need to decide on just one cake flavor!!
4. We're hopefully going to have a fruit waterfall for people to munch on, but that is very dependant on budget. I only wanted 45 people to be invited, but my parents have added 20 more. If all 65 come then we're going to have to cut that out (it's $6 a person). At each table we're going to have olive oil tasting trays, two kinds of bread and three flavored olive oils. I got the idea from an "Un-Wedding" article in Brides magazine - those trays will be our "appetizers" (it's a lunch-time wedding so we don't really need extensive appetizers). The lunch will be very basic, prime rib or rosemary chicken, rosemary roasted potatoes, a Cesar salad and bread & butter. Lemonade, iced tea, & sparkling cider to drink.
5. I still have no idea what kind of wedding favors we're going to have. I was thinking saplings (like, baby trees) but I've changed my mind. Then I was thinking personalized candy, but that is SO expensive. Here's the link to the personalized candy:

1.) Robin's Egg Blue and Ivory
2.) First Dance: "Wonderful Tonight" by Eric Clapton My Dad was in the band, so we didn't do a father-daughter dance. The rest of the events you listed didn't have specific songs - just filler instrumental music.
3.) White cake with lemon filling.
4.) light lunch buffet: bread, meats, cheeses, fruits, veggies and the like.
5.) 3" painted flower pots (hand painted to match the bridesmaids dresses) filled with handmade white chocolate daisies (my favorite flower) and a packet of daisy seeds. If you're interested, let me know and I'll share pictures!
6) I made our wedding programs.
