Should I put date of wedding or bridal shower on favor tag?

I'm hosting a bridal shower and I'm not sure how to word the favor tags.
On shower favors I wouldn't put any date, just names. I would only put a date on wedding favors because that's the special "day". If you do want to put a date I would probably go with "Mary's Bridal Shower Dec [...]
