can someone please tell me what type of machine is used to print personalized ribbons (wedding favors)?

i want to learn how to print my own ribbons instead of paying these high prices at party shops
I believe they are silk-screened, and it’s a specialized kind of rolling screen. Definitely not something that will be cost-effective to buy once to print ribbons unless you plan on printing miles of your own.

for our wedding in august we’re giving those take out chinese boxes with a balloon attached to each one and inside i wanna put a few fortune cookies inside…What else would be good to put inside???
