What kind of wedding favors should we give?

My fiance and I don’t want to be cheap. Neither of us care for chocolate, so M&M’s are out. Is there anything that doesn’t scream tacky or cheapness that is a good wedding favor? None of our guests drink, so bar favors are out. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

I want to give a small pillow as a wedding reception favor… any suggestions?

I am having a slightly themed arabian wedding, I mostly just like the colors. However I do want to give small pillows to each guest as the favor, maybe 10×10 which my mother and I will be making. I was thinking of just putting some pretty lace across them as its the cheapest I can find to embellish them with, and the pillows will be red. Other than that tho, I dont have many Ideas. My question is do you think this is a good idea, or maybe any suggestions on how I could make this pillow more useful so people dont just throw them away? As much as I think this is a wonderful idea, where would you put a small pillow like that and a red one for the matter? Anything will help, thank you so much for taking your time to help!

Cheap favor bags HELP?

Im making seed favors for my wedding. The seeds are sealed in a little plastic sleeve. I want to put each of this into a plain white favor bag. Does anyone know of any sites that I can purchase these from? I need to buy them in bulk and I need them really plain because Im printing labels for them. If anyone knows where I can find them pls let me know~! thanks

What do you think of this for a wedding favor?

I was thinking of buying some bags of Hershey’s kisses (maybe some with red and silver wrappers that will go on clearance after Valentine’s Day to match my wedding colors), wrapping them up in a circle of tulle (which I have seen sold at Target and Michael’s), and tying a red piece of ribbon around the top to keep it closed. It would look like a little tulle bag with the excess frilly tulle at the top above the red ribbon.

I haven’t been to a wedding since I was very young, so I don’t know what is typical for a favor. Does this sound too cheap-looking, or is it ok? Does anyone have any other ideas?

Wedding Reception Favor Ideas?

I am a little stuck right now. I am trying to come up with more ideas for favors at a wedding reception. We need to come up with cheap ideas for favors that will supply 120 guests. We are not made of money, and we are looking for any ideas that will help save lots of money! We have ordered personalized stickers for Hershey Kisses, but we want something a little more practical if we can make it cheap. My ideas were labels for bubbles, and personalized math books or mint books. But, we are not agreeing on those in particular, so I am looking for some ideas from others. I wouldn’t mind making things myself either. We are just stumped. Best idea gets the points!
